丁彬彬--应用化学与工程学院

丁彬彬,应用化学与工程学院2015级硕博连读生,师从国家杰出青年基金获得者、英国皇家化学会会士林君研究员。目前以第一作者在Advanced Materials2篇),Angewandte Chemie International EditionChemistry of Materials, Nanoscale等国际著名期刊上发表学术论文6篇。主要研究方向为肿瘤纳米诊疗。 

在林君研究员的指导下,丁彬彬博士致力于发现和构建新型免疫佐剂,并应用于癌症纳米疫苗的研究。为克服传统免疫佐剂抗原担载率低、治疗效果差等问题,他们分别合成了超大介孔二氧化硅包覆的上转换纳米体系和超大介孔MnOx纳米材料,极大提高了抗原负载效率,并将光动力治疗、化学动力治疗和肿瘤疫苗基的免疫治疗相结合,显著提升了小鼠免疫应答反应和肿瘤治疗效果,相关成果分别发表于Adv. Mater.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.上。他们还在Adv. Mater.上应邀撰写了氧化锰纳米材料应用于肿瘤治疗的综述论文,系统的总结了近二十年来氧化锰纳米材料及其复合结构在合成、性质、表面修饰、毒性、成像、传感、药物传递和肿瘤治疗领域的重要进展。在读期间曾获三好学生、第七届全国掺杂纳米材料发光性质学术会议最佳墙报奖、博士研究生国家奖学金等荣誉。
