仉小猛,中国科学院赣江创新研究院,工学博士,研究员,江西省“双千计划”科技创新高端人才。主要从事稀有金属分离材料、多功能涂层材料及无机非金属基复合材料制备等领域的基础理论与应用研究,研究成果已在20余条生产线推广应用。主持国家自然科学基金项目、十三五国家重点研发计划课题、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项、中国科学院院地合作项目、稀土产业基金引导项目及企业合作等多项科研项目。担任《盐湖研究》、《有色设备》期刊青年编委,江西省稀土标准化技术委员会委员,瑞典先进材料学会Fellow;发表论文70余篇,授权发明专利20余项;获中国科学院科技促进发展奖1项,中国材料研究学会科学技术奖一等奖1项,北京市科学技术奖三等奖1项,瑞典IAAM Scientist Award1项。2022年获评赣州赣县区首届十大科技创新人物。
