张珽,中科院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所研究员、博士生导师、课题组长。1999年获得南开大学学士学位,2002年获得南开大学硕士学位,2007年获得美国加州大学(University of California, Riverside)化学工程专业博士学位。曾在美国Nanomix Inc. 工作。现担任全国专业标准化技术委员会委员、中国电子学会敏感技术分会-气湿敏传感技术专业委员会委员、中国科技大学纳米学院兼职博士生导师、Nature子刊Microsystems & Nanoengineering的第一任编委会成员等学术任职。获得过中国仪器仪表学会青年科技人才奖、苏州工业园区第七届领军人才、江苏省第一批企业创新岗特聘专家等荣誉。主持和参与了国家自然科学基金“纳米制造的基础研究”重大研究计划、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项、江苏省产学研联合创新重大项目、以及产学研项目等十余项科研项目。30多次受邀参加国际国内传感器、纳米技术、柔性电子学术会议做受邀报告,并担任2013年IEEE-NEMS国际会议分会主席 (Session Chair) 和2014年国际柔性与印刷电子会议(ICFPE2014)分会主席。
张珽研究员围绕“微纳传感材料与信息器件”这一核心领域,主要研究面向传感器的物联网应用、环境实时监测、可穿戴电子、个性化医疗等下一代相关感知信息产业的柔性化和微型化MEMS的新型微纳传感器技术。已在Advanced Materials、Science Advanced 等国际著名期刊上发表英文学术论文78篇。相关工作被美国《Elsevier》、《Materials Today》、《Nanowerk》等多个知名学术网站报道。申请了中国发明专利51项(18项已获授权),国际发明专利2项(已在欧洲,日韩等国家获得授权),其中4项发明专利已成功许可到相关企业实现了技术转化,相关成果被中央电视台《新闻30 分》、《福布斯》杂志等报道。

2.纳米传感器及传感器阵列制造的核心技术。
